Bärenfang — East Prussian honey liqueur

Ingredients

• Grain spirit (Korn, 32 %)
• Honey
• Cinnamon sticks
• Cloves

Preparation

Gently warm the ingredients and stir. Leave to infuse for a week.

Then strain and pour into bottles.
